The Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ) reported that exports in the first two months of 2026 increased by about 20.5% compared to the same period last year. The industrial zone is located in Sihanoukville and is considered one of the largest manufacturing zones in Cambodia, with many factories and enterprises operating. Officials said the growth was due to increased investment and orders for products from international markets. The main products include clothing and textiles, electronics, and various industrial products. Economic analysts saw the increase in exports as a positive sign for the Cambodian economy and the development of the country’s industrial sector.
